Oceanic Design and Build proudly employs its own energetic and passionate team of 7 qualified staff. Proven full-time staff are employed in favour of sub-contractors to maintain quality control and ensure we always have the best people for the job.
Co-directors Richard Watson & Mitch Bodinnar are both fully qualified carpenters with over 17 years collective experience. These childhood friends began this venture after completing their CertificateIV in Building & Construction, based on their joint passion for innovative architectural design.
Oceanic design and build is the newest custom builder to emerge from the Mornington Peninsula. With a focus on fair pricing and quality workmanship, our approach is to manage the whole project from concept and design, through to construction.
Our aim is to deliver high quality builds that far exceed the clients’ expectations. This is achieved by limiting our projects to maintain control and ensure only the highest standard of service is provided throughout the entire build. Unlike many of its competitors, the company Directors are qualified carpenters, meaning client liaison is done directly with the contractors carrying out the work, which is a proven formula for successful client relationships.
